Returns

Solane pieces are chosen for their craftsmanship, character and the stories behind them. We take care in selecting and preparing each piece before it makes its way to you.

Should you wish to return your purchase, we offer returns on selected full-priced, in-stock pieces within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, pieces must be unused and in their original condition and packaging, with any tags or accompanying materials intact.

MADE TO ORDER PIECES
Made-to-Order pieces are created specifically for you and are therefore not eligible for return or exchange due to change of mind.

DAMAGED OR FAULTY PIECES
If your piece arrives damaged or you believe it has a fault, please contact us with 72 hours with your order number and photographs of the piece and packaging. We'll work with you to find the appropriate resolution.

HANDCRAFTED PIECES
Many Solane pieces are made using traditional artisan techniques. Natural variations in colour, texture, shape and finish may occur and are part of the character of individually crafted pieces. These variations are not considered faults where they are inherent to the handmade nature of the piece.
